**What you will do**

The Risk and Compliance Manager will oversee all Transition Projects by serving as the liaison between Pursuit / Business Development, Transition and Operations teams to ensure we mobilize on time and on budget.

**How you will do it**
- Lead the project team for transition of new accounts or expansion of existing accounts
- Ensure successful execution of established transition processes, including development of account infrastructure and mentoring of permanent site manager
- Actively engage with all phases of the procurement and delivery process to provide direct support and access to expertise within the wider group
- Develop and maintain quality management processes supporting the business
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that outline how we will deliver on our contractual obligations through the operational period. Work directly with client representatives to understand their requirements and adjust SOPs as required.
- Lead the Stratified Assessment Program - ensure compliance to business best practices and client requirements through performance assessments, maintaining audit records, following up on corrective actions, and issuing assessment reports
- Oversight of the SI Services Onboarding Program and Playbooks
- Assure business adherence to Corporate / SI Services records and data management policies (through Sharepoint, MyWork and other platforms)
- Design, develop and maintain custom reports and productivity tools

**What we look for**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field experience
- 7 years experience in facility management and operations discipline including planning and scheduling, subcontractor management, project management
- 5 years experience in P3 account transition or operations management
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of a wide area of P3 FM/O&M Business, business systems and infrastructures
- Understanding of Microsoft Power BI analytics platform
- Occasional travel (10%) required
