**Job Summary**

The Warehouse Worker will accurately select and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

**Key Duties**
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform heavy lifting (up to **50 lbs**) to move and store products.
- Build pallets and organize shipments for efficient storage and transportation.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing products are accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Must be **19 years or older** (due to the nature of our products).
- Experience in warehouse distribution is preferred but not required.
- Physically capable of heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Proficient in operating pallet jacks and other order-picking equipment (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Open-mindedness and comfort handling adult products (we encourage applicants to research our company and product offerings before applying).
- Commitment to a **long-term role** within our team.
