**Required Skills**:
IMAX Digital Conform Artists consist of a talented small group within the DMR department. Tasked with the responsibility of image quality control pertaining to all DMR content, exceptional attention to detail is critical to the role in this fast-paced tight deadline environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- The ability to operate with compositing and editing software. (Nuke, Pixel Farm, Davinci Resolve and FilmLight Baselight)
- Compositing, within conforms or completed offline depending on complexity. Ability to execute rotoscoping, painting, tracking, dirt removal, and dust busting across multiple platforms
- Perform basic conform functions. EDL/XML import, assembling data in preparation for final output.
- Ability to see detailed imaging issues or technical problems
- Familiarity with production workflow/pipeline
- Data wrangling and management
- Maintain and follow-up on time-sensitive tasks
- Efficiently work in a small team environment and accept direction well during quick turnaround time frames
- Ability to troubleshoot, multitask and self-manage to complete daily priorities
- And any other given tasks

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent post-production experience
- 1-3 years professional experience
- Expected artist capabilities. Basic experience compositing and editing software. (Nuke, Pixel Farm, Davinci Resolve and FilmLight Baselight)
- Adaptable to change, reliable and dependable
- Prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in an environment of shifting priorities and deadlines
- Creative problem solver, able to troubleshoot and find workarounds
- Must be a team player, work well with the needs of the other artists
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to communicate with other groups within our department
