**About the Role**

SMS Security has been providing security solutions to the GTA for over 35 years with a strong presence in the multi-residential market. Our customers trust our advanced security systems and highly trained security personnel to keep their residents, property, and information secure. With our business growing, we’re looking for a full-time Project Operations Lead to join our team.

The Project Operations Lead ensures smooth project execution by coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and supporting communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders. This role also focuses on process improvement and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination & Communication**
- Act as the main point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, including status updates and post-project reviews.
- Identify risks and collaborate with project managers to develop solutions.

**Operations & Resource Management**
- Oversee daily project tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the availability of team members, equipment, and materials.
- Assist with procurement by sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

**Administrative & Financial Support**
- Assist with budgeting, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Ensure project expenses are accurately processed and documented in coordination with finance.
- Prepare reports on project performance, including operational metrics and resource utilization.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.

**Process Improvement & Efficiency**
- Analyze project workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.

Other duties as assigned.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about optimizing project operations.

**Good to have**:
2-3 years of Project Management experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
