**Responsibilities**:

- Designs, documents, codes, tests, and debugs programs using SQL, HTML, JavaScript,.Net and other necessary languages and tools.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining existing reports in response to individual and/or business unit requests.
- Analyze system problems.
- Script development as needed using visual Basic and other comparable tools.
- Understands business needs and requirements to create proper report design.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets that support goal oriented and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Ability to program/create stored procedures, views, tables to support reporting development.
- Create standard reports as requested by various customers.
- Review Various Aged Trial Balance Reports, Vendor Reports, any special project reports.
- Maintain follow-up procedures and working relationships with area responsible for the information, including support the development, optimization, and enhancement of the SSRS reports and other SQL generated reports.
- Participate in projects that are designed to streamline and improve internal procedures and activities.
- Create and provide any relevant training material for staff as required.
- Providing integration, maintenance, and support for ERP and/or MIS systems.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of documentation for all assigned IT solutions
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments.
- Ability to maintain a positive, outgoing attitude with genuine customer service orientation.
- Ability to follow formal business practices with high attention to detail.
- Adapts readily and effectively to changing priorities and demands.
- Other duties as necessary and assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ working in Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, schema design, and query optimization/tuning.
- Experience with data modeling in relational databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications.
- Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
- Experience working with ERP and/or MIS systems.
- Experience with Exchange / MS Office 365 environment.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, software, printer hardware, peripherals, and E-Mail Systems issues.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated aptitude for learning innovative technologies.
- Experience with replication configuration in SQL
- Experience with Reporting/Visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-driven and dependable
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical members of the organization.
