Are you ready to be part of an exhilarating event that showcases the latest LG products in dynamic and engaging ways? Match Retail is on the hunt for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to bring our various theme rooms to life and captivate audiences.

**Event Highlights**:

- **
Location**: Chinook Centre, 6455 MacLeod Trail South, Calgary AB T2H 0K8
- ** Dates**: Thursday, October 10 to Sunday, October 13
- ** Timing**: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

**Training**:

- ** Virtual Training**: October 1, 1-3 p.m. (2-hour paid training)

**Positions Available**:

- ** 9 Brand Ambassadors**:

- ** Hourly Rate**: $25/hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Engage and Enthrall**: Captivate customers in different LG theme rooms such as Living Area, Bedroom, and Camping.
- ** Role Play**: Act according to the theme and role assigned.
- ** Educate**: Share technical knowledge about LG products with customers.
- ** Assist**: Answer any questions regarding LG products.
- ** Create Experiences**: Engage customers to create unforgettable experiences that lead to sales.
- ** Manage Operations**: Ensure smooth event operations, including the distribution and management of information pamphlets.
- ** Communicate**: Promptly communicate needs and updates to Team Leaders and Account Managers.
- ** Report**: Maintain daily reporting and timekeeping.

**Prerequisites**:

- ** Essential Tool**: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
- ** Uniform**: All-black outfit (pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes).

**Desired Qualities**:

- ** Experience**: Minimum 1 year of customer service or Brand Ambassador experience, preferably with a technical product.
- ** Personality**: Tech-savvy, fresh, polished, and confident.
- ** Stamina**: Comfortable standing for extended hours.
