**Job Description**:
Trains, develops and follows up with the Store Operations Team in order to implement and execute the National Visual Presentation direction to maintain consistency in the Company’s image. Ensures the store teams have a strong understanding of coordination in all aspects of visual presentation and merchandising activities throughout the store environment. Partners with Store Operations Team to ensure that all visual activities support financial and customer service objectives.

Critical Functions

**Visual Presentation and Merchandising**
- Coaches, trains and develops Store Operations Team to achieve Company standards on prop placement, lighting, styling and accessorizing of mannequins, merchandising, navigation, store planning, promotion presentations and how-to’s, installation techniques, maintenance standards, etc.
- Supports & executes with store teams window & in store set ups, navigation changes and any different moves in stores to support the business
- Facilitates conference calls with store teams to review visual set ups and window changes.
- Communicates regularly with Regional Managers regarding scheduling, training, and individual store opportunities.
- Assists the Regional Visual Manager with store visits to assess visual training opportunities.
- Participates in new store openings and renovations within district or anywhere needed by the Company.
- Voices any problem, challenge and opportunity about Store Operations Team’s training to Sales Regional Managers, in a timely manner.
- Participates or facilitates national visual presentation training workshops for Store Operations Team.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- **_ Minimum of 5 years experience in fashion apparel with a strong background in display/merchandising._**:

- Experience in dressing and handling mannequins.
- Strong ability to coach and train.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and discretion are a must.
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
- Able to adapt to changes and work on adaptable schedules.
- Demonstrates fashion flair and creativity.
- Exhibits initiative and self-direction.
- Has a car and a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel.
- English required.
