What are we offering you
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.65/hour, paid bi-weekly with guaranteed annual increases
- UBCJA Union Membership

**Work Hours**:

- 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing
**Panel Assembly**:

- Precisely assemble panels and components in accordance with fabrication drawings, contributing to the exceptional quality of our manufactured products.
- Maintain consistently tight tolerances during assembly work to ensure each piece meets our rigorous quality standards.

**Quality Control Contribution**:

- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in monitoring work quality, promptly reporting any issues to management following the guidelines outlined in our QAQC manual.
- Actively participate in quality assurance processes to uphold product standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Safety Protocol Adherence**:

- Proactively engage in daily safety procedures to ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety guidelines, promptly halting and rectifying any unsafe practices.
- Complete daily startup checklists to verify the presence of all equipment and safety measures before commencing work.

**Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Vigilantly maintain cleanliness in the work area to promote a safe and efficient environment for operations.
- Adhere to routine maintenance schedules and contribute to keeping the manufacturing area organized and free of hazards.

**Operational Proficiency**:

- After receiving thorough training, proficiently operate a variety of machines and tools essential for our production processes.
- Load and transport materials as necessary to support the smooth flow of operations across the manufacturing floor.

**Training and Development**:

- Engage in ongoing training activities to enhance skill levels and deepen understanding of complex fabrication drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient installation of various building components, such as insulation, windows, cladding, and gaskets, following precise guidelines.
