DataCore is seeking an individual to join our client service team in the exciting industry of mail marketing services. This role is responsible for helping to coordinate the production of direct mail projects for assigned DataCore clients and contributing to positive client relationships.

Duties include:

- Participating in the planning and implementation of direct mail projects to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This involves coordination of information and instructions for creative development, printing, data processing, personalization, inserting services, shipping & logistics, postal and postage requirements/regulations, and tracking & reporting.
- Becoming familiar and knowledgeable about Canada Post services and requirements.
- Learning about direct mail marketing and direct mail production.
- Communicating clearly and accurately on a timely and proactive basis with both client contacts and internal team members.
- Helping to prepare client billing information.

Experience or knowledge of marketing, customer communications and customer data would be ideal, but you will learn more working with us.
