**Position Overview**

Under the direction of the Order Fulfillment Specialist Supervisor, the Order Fulfillment Specialist performs and overseas a variety of account coordinating duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a non-supervisory position.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus additional training or education such as an associate degree required.
- Four‐year degree in related field with related experiences highly preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1‐2 years in position of similar office or sales experience in coordinating multiple tasks and information
- flow within a customer and/or sales environment required.
- 3 or more years’ experience working in sales/analysis position preferred.

Other Requirements:

- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- SAP experience, Microsoft CRM preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French and English

**Responsibilities**

Customer Relations:

- Collaborate with Territory Sales Team on the following
- Payment information from the reps
- Obtaining Site Survey and Technology documents from the reps
- Obtaining tax exempt certificates from reps
- Shipping and installation information
- Assisting with Demo paperwork and tracking
- Become an additional contact for direct customer sales

Order Management:

- Handle all aspects of customer order process and management - order editing, order entry, tracking and customer
- follow‐up.
- Work with Logistics to coordinate shipments and installs.
- Cross‐train with other territories, accounts, and channels in order to assist and be the back‐up for other Sales Coordinators as needed.

Leadership:

- Drives team to succeed in reaching productivity and quality goals to meet/exceed customer needs.
