We are always expanding our operations and we are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Mobile Oil Change Technicians.

**Position Overview**:
As a Mobile Oil Change Technician, you love helping people and delivering exceptional oil change services to our valued commercial fleets and residential customers. A customer’s smile makes your day and you can’t wait to help the next customer on your daily service itinerary. You are self driven, love working independently but know when to ask for help from our local office support staff. With our innovative mobile service approach and custom vacuum system, you will have the opportunity to travel to various locations and provide convenient on-site oil changes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer service and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Show up with a positive, can-do, “I am going to make someone’s life easier and better today” attitude
- Provide customer first, outstanding service, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction
- Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality by arriving at customer locations promptly and maintaining a approachable-groomed appearance
- Perform thorough oil change services, adhering to established procedures and maintaining attention to detail
- Use our proprietary online schedule and job management software throughout your work day
- Work safely, following all safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment as required
- Execute tasks efficiently and effectively, maximizing productivity without compromising service quality
- Adhere to company processes and procedures diligently to maintain consistency and reliability
- Keep the workspace clean and organized, maintaining a professional image at all times
- You are humble enough to ask for help from your team when needed
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vehicle maintenance experience (1+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive systems, especially oil change procedures and basic maintenance
- Proven track record of punctuality and professional behavior
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering thorough services without cutting corners
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively in a mobile service environment
- Diligent in following processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean and tidy workspace
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
