**Customer Relations Representatives Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment, office administration and customer service.
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Ability to adhere to proper business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
- Strong computer skills, including working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Outlook and other various websites.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of time management
- Must have the ability to be self driven to work independently and also to be able to work as part of a highly professional team.

**Customer Relations Representatives Responsibilities**:

- Operation of a multi-line telephone system
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Delegate customer inquiries.
- Daily recording and balancing of cash/credit cards/financing
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
- Working with our customized POS system daily (training provided)

**Compensation**:
Hourly Rate based on level of experience

Benefits Package - portion of premiums covered by employer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
