APT Medical Aesthetics is a private, state-of-the-art cosmetic facility on Oakville. We specialize in providing non-invasive cosmetic procedures including Botox©, dermal fillers, laser treatments and medical grade skin care. We are an internationally recognized facility providing physicians and registered medical professionals with advanced facial rejuvenation injection training. We have 20 years’ experience empowering our clients to look and feel their best in a safe, trusting and comfortable environment.

**Marketing Manager Role**
- The primary purpose of this role is to design marking content and strategies while implementing them in to our current EMR._
- Advise, create and develop a new loyalty and referral program
- Together with 3rdparty marketing company and software company, implement new marketing features in EMR software
- Create content for monthly client memberships and implement in to the software
- Film, photograph and post social media content on IG and Facebook while continually engaging with followers
- Create newsletter content for APT MedSpa and APT Injection Training
- Design creative for monthly promotions and communication
- Organize filming dates for clinic and staff
- Ensure Mailchimp lists are current are up to date
- Review Survey monkey data and make necessary changes
- Write Blogs in conjunction with key words based on current trends
- Review website content and communicate necessary updates and changes
- Re-Launch specific services and products
- Create content for in office videos
- Maintain and update LinkedIn content
- Utilize supplier supplied content for marketing products and services within the marketing strategy
- Develop before and after photo database
- Event planning and implementation
- VIP strategies for clients

**Requirements**:

- Must have marketing experience in the Medical Aesthetics and Injections Industry
- Ability to create new loyalty, referral and membership programs
- Strong and relevant social media experience
- Familiarity with EMR software
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft office products
- Ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing
- Self-directed with the ability to organize, plan, prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to analyze information, problem solve and make good decisions
- Detail oriented

This position is currently a contract position with the potential to turn in to a Full-Time permanent position.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $43,249.77-$81,002.86 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakville, ON
