**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Create high-quality basemap products based on established cartographic standards and effective visualization practices
- Provide broad geospatial data and analytics expertise and contribute to the advancement of a data and analytics culture in the organization.
- Identify opportunities and provide technical leadership to enrich data available to the company
- Develop custom data products conforming to specifications defined by business needs
- Provide technical guidance on business solution development projects including requirement gathering, process mapping, design, data migration, integration, testing, training, and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience in GIS Data Analyst role or similar
- Familiarity with CartoDB, Amazon AWS, ESRI and similar tools would be an asset
- Knowledge of data acquisition and handling best practices
- Familiarity with GIS data collection and integrity best practices
