**Welcome to Ingrid's Travel**, where we've been rocking the travel world for over 40 years We're not your average, stuffy travel agency - we're a fun-loving, adventure-seeking, customer-obsessed bunch who believe that every trip should be an unforgettable experience. And we're looking for a new partner in crime (a.k.a. Travel Consultant) to join our crazy-awesome family

**In this role, you'll have the chance to**:

- Build relationships with the coolest clients around and become their go-to travel guru
- Craft mind-blowing, tailor-made trips that'll make your clients' jaws drop
- Stay in-the-know about all the hottest travel trends and insider secrets
- Provide support and spread smiles like confetti, even when things get a little turbulent
- Be part of a team that feels more like a family reunion

**We're searching high and low for travel pros who**:

- Live, breathe, and probably dream in travel brochures
- Have a heart the size of the world and a passion for making people's days
- Could win an honesty contest against Lester B. Pearson
- Have an eye for detail that would make a microscope jealous
- Spread positivity like it's going out of style (which it never will, by the way)

**Minimum Requirements (because even superheroes need a few skills)**:

- 5 years of experience in a Canadian (bricks-and-mortar) retail travel agency (or a time machine to gain said experience)
- Proven sales of $300,000 (because you're not just a travel agent, you're a sales wizard)
- TICO Certified (non-negotiable - we like to keep things legal and above board)
- Exceptional communication skills that could make a mime talk
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems faster than a speeding bullet
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop would be an asset (but if not, we'll teach you our secret invoicing spells)
- Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field (because knowledge is power, and we like powerful people)
- Must be eligible to work in Canada (sorry, no secret international spies allowed)

**Schedule (because even time is an adventure)**:
We're considering both full-time and part-time positions, so whether you're looking for a full-on travel immersion or a part-time travel fix, we've got you covered. Our regular hours are:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. But hey, we're all about flexibility and adaptability, so the days and hours might change depending on what the travel world throws at us
