**What we are looking For**

Lacoste Garden Centre is looking for new members of our back-end team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast passed environment but can also be self motivated while working independently. We want someone who enjoys working in a team to achieve a common goal and can handle daily physical labour in potentially high or low temperatures.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- physical demands include lifting and carrying products, standing for long periods, and working in both cold and warm conditions.
- Data entry experience an asset

**Job Summary**

The stock associate will work with the Receiving department to execute a variety of tasks. They will set up displays, and prepare product for retail. They will assist in the pricing, sorting and stocking of a a wide variety of goods; plant material, hard goods, soft goods

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Transport products from storage areas to the sales floor, ensuring all shelves and displays are well-stocked.
- Unload deliveries and organize stock in the stockroom, ensuring products are stored correctly and efficiently.
- Accurately price products using the provided pricing system and tools
- Move and arrange products of varying sizes and weights, ensuring they are handled safely.
- Assisting receiving manager in inventory counts and spot checks in varying conditions
- A variety of seasonal tasks at the instruction of management

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
