Overview:
This position is responsible for providing exceptional communication and customer service to our stakeholders. Duties include tracking fuel inventory, reconciling volume, customer billings, and communicating inventory status when required to customers and corporate stakeholders

Main accountabilities include:

- Records all receipts into accounting system
- Reconciles outgoing jet fuel volume
- Investigates all inventory variances
- Works with corporate office to prepare reports for billing
- Prepares month end reports for customers and suppliers
- Allocates fuel receipts among customers and suppliers
- Communicates between internal and external departments (in multiple cities)
- Investigates and corrects inventory related customer issues
- Responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions
- Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with the Company and Airlines specific procedures and policies
- Collaborates with team members to support safe & efficient operations
- Proactively supports the business and provides exceptional customer service
- Attends training by the Company and Airlines as per job role
- Performs other duties and assignments as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada
- Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances
- Proficient in MS Excel, formulas/spreadsheets
- Computer proficient including Microsoft Office
- Experience in reconciliation and inventory management an asset
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays, able to work overtime as needed
- Must be a team player and demonstrated problem-solver
- Prior experience with an Inventory system (i.e. i6 or SAP) would be considered an asset
