Warehouse Supervisor/forklift Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations**: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree**: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- **Warehouse Management Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Skills**:

- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Mandarin and English communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
