**PRINTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN NEEDED**

Printer Repair GTA is a leading provider of printing and imaging solutions in the GTA area. We are committed to delivering high-quality printing services to businesses and individuals alike. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the field of printer repair and maintenance. We specialize in servicing a wide range of printer brands, including HP, Zebra, Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Lexmark, and Brother, as well as printers and plotters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose printer issues and determine the root cause of problems for various printer brands, including HP, Zebra, Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother, and others.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on a wide range of printers and plotters.
- Repair and replace defective printer components, such as printheads, rollers, fusers, and plotter pens.
- Install and configure printers for network and standalone use.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities for different printer brands.
- Stay updated on the latest printer and plotter models and technologies from HP, Zebra, Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother, and others.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in electronics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Printer Repair Technician, covering HP, Zebra, Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother, and other brands.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for a variety of printer and plotter models.
- Familiarity with various printer brands and models, including HP, Zebra, Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother, and more.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for printer and plotter maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy printer and plotter equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
