We are seeking out a Cellular Sales Associate who is sales driven, proactive and energetic, with a passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment. This full-time Cellular Sales Associate role includes hands-on, comprehensive training that includes direct mentorship, in-depth sales and marketing training, as well as opportunities for growth within the role. As a Cellular Sales Associate, you are expected to drive sales throughout multiple designated territories, working closely with customers while providing superb customer service to meet their individual needs.

Cellular Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are continually met with exemplary customer service
- Work closely and collaboratively with fellow Cellular Sales Associates to meet and surpass sales goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, as well as equally perform and flourish individually
- Demonstrate excellent communication, unmatched customer service, and telecommunication skills in a people-focused setting
- Stay informed about products and services we offer, and be well-informed about industry trends and promotions

Cellular Sales Associate Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
- 1-2 years of relative telecommunication sales experience is preferred
- Prior experience as a Cellular Sales Associate is highly desirable
- Proven demonstration of a leadership or people-focused role working with others
- Self-motivated with a passion for telecommunications sales and customer service
- Possesses high communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse variety of clients and team members
