**HealthOne Medical Centre**, conveniently located a short distance from the North York Centre Subway Station, is excited to be adding another **Rehab Administrator/Kinesiologist **to our team

In this role, you will assist with administration duties and patient interaction, including but not limited to, scheduling, payment processing & insurance billing, promoting services, and collaborating with the clinicians within your scope, all while ensuring top-notch client service.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 2-7pm or 3-8pm
- Occassional Saturdays

**We are seeking an individual who is**:

- Friendly, approachable, and patient-oriented, whether you are welcoming clients to the clinic, speaking with them over the phone or addressing/resolving a concern.
- Able to handle various administrative responsibilities and manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery of tasks for all stakeholders (patients, practitioners and supervisors).
- Knowledgeable on (or willing to gain knowledge of) Rehab & Wellness treatments in order to successfully provide informed recommendations to patients and suggest relevant products (supplements, orthopedic devices, etc).
- Eager to seek out opportunities to improve the overall patient experience in an effort to maximize clinic performance.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ months of experience in a similar environment (physio, chiro, wellness clinic)
- Strong customer service skills, solid work ethic and keen attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings based on business needs

**Nice to Have**
- Experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Jane software
- Exposure to insurance coverage, Telus e-claims, and MVA processes
- Kinesiology academic background; knowledge of modalities, exercise prescription and orthopaedic devices
