**What we expect**:
**Your** responsibilities**
- Responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily operations of the branch office
- Update customer account information/ contract information
- Maintain and track client invoicing lists
- Complete and upload contracts and related correspondence
- Generate, issue, and upload all maintenance and billing documentation
- Create maintenance tasks for new buildings
- Prepare and document health and safety information
- Prepare monthly reports
- Perform general office administrative duties as assigned

**Who we are looking for**:
**Your qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or Finance or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, coupled by proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
- Strong ability to prioritize workloads
- Excellent data entry and computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, coupled by proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
