**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain the social media and branding strategy for the company
- Create sales-generating, promotional content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
- Maintain vehicle inventory and take inventory photos to be loaded on company website.
- Answer phone promptly and field calls accordingly.
- Greet and assist customers.
- Maintain the appearance of both the reception and coffee areas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- General filing and accounts receivable/payable.
**Required Skills**:
- Exhibits an intermediate level or above proficiency in the use of different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Strong creative skills for developing social content including photos and videos.
- General knowledge/experience with photography.
- Experience in website maintenance on platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience in graphic design on platforms such as Canva may be an asset.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication and written skills; ability to proof read and edit content.
- A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and professional customer service etiquette both in person and over the phone.
- Knowledge in basic accounts receivable/payable is preferred.
- Driver's license and driving abstract required._
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
