- Handle materials and equipment: Safely lift, carry, and move construction materials around job sites.
- Work in all weather conditions, maintaining productivity and focus.

- Perform manual labour tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials
- Check equipment and site conditions to identify potential hazards before starting tasks.
- Prior experience in construction, quarry, or heavy machinery operations preferred.
- A strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as shoveling, lifting, and carrying.
