**Position Summary**:
Supervise all functional and staff related activities within Order Fill, Receiving, Inventory, Consolidation, and Warehouse.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Controls costs through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of storage space, and proper protection of stored materials
- Work to ensure customer satisfaction in on-time delivery and quality
- Implement and drive department goals in support of annual key results
- Liaise and collaborate with other key stakeholder as well as ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements and company policies including but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Export Compliance, QA management / procedures and HS&E
- Monitor, drive and lead the teams and daily activities as relates to managing a Warehouse
- Initiates personnel actions for approval by management
- Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)**:

- 4-6 years of related work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in Warehouse Management, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain
- Inventory management and process optimization
- Experience operating material handling equipment
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to solve complex issues
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work in very fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s Degree - related field of study
- 4-6 years of related work experience
- 1-3 year's of supervisory experience, global cross functional environment, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain
