**Luxury Retailer looking for a Client Service Representative**:

Elte is Toronto's source for considered design for all things home. For over 100 years, our family has worked with designers and craftspeople from idea to object, curating timeless pieces and the most distinct creations. Our sister brand, Mkt, is an independent design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home. We have three large showrooms within Toronto's Design District. In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens and Home Decor.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are searching for an individual who possesses a passion to deliver exceptional service to our clients in our growing team. As part of the Customer Service team, you listen to our client’s needs, embody a positive attitude and deliver an effective resolution with a sense of urgency and pride. You make a great impression on our clients

Special Note: This is a 6 month contract position

**ATTRIBUTES OF A GREAT CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**:

- Passion to deliver best in class service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
- High sense of urgency
- Motivated by achieving resolutions and client satisfaction
- Takes ownership and possesses fanatical follow up skills
- Outstanding communication and listening skills
- Positive and exudes enthusiasm and energy for people
- Easily multi-tasks and extremely organized
- Computer proficient
- Professional and embodies Elte brand

**WHAT YOU DO **(among other things)** **
- Elevate our client services by providing a seamless after sale experience
- Practice a highly disciplined and organized approach to working with our clients, suppliers and sales associates
- Display a high sense of urgency and diligent follow up skills when resolving client issues and other internal parties
- Accurately process payments and invoices and manage product issues and repairs
