**Job Description**:
**How You'll Make an Impact**:

- Interpret and update new and amended contracts with suppliers into Supply Management Database to facilitate monthly invoicing of vendor rebates
- Responsible for the data input, mapping, and creation of vendor products into Supply Management Database along with attaching them to specific rebates and contracts
- Liase with Supply Managers and or Vendors to obtain required product information to facilitate mapping in database
- Ensure that all the supplier information is accurate in the database-based on contract, terms, and conditions as set forth in agreement
- Examine product details received from vendors, map with current data in the database and create new products in the database when necessary
- Product, Vendor and Facility compliance reports - Prepare, review with operations, update recommended changes and release
- Responsible for the calculation of Growth type allowances based on contract terms monthly
- Responsible for the creation of all manual invoice requests including adjustments, Write-offs, and other allowances monthly
- Maintain data integrity of the database by ensuring accurate data is sustained
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Database Management Systems and running Crystal Reports
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business/IST and/or Accounting preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Some understanding of how to read/review Supplier Contract details
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the food service industry, Purchasing Industry or Finance would be a definite asset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Must be extremely detail oriented
