**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise construction teams on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction documents to guide project execution.
- Utilize construction management software, documentation, and communication.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Manage budgeting processes, including cost estimation and resource allocation for projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress updates, challenges, and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role within the industry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics; familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.
- Strong skills in construction estimating and budgeting practices.
- Experience with quality control measures in construction projects.
- Ability to effectively supervise teams while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
