**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in executing business development strategies to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for outside sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with business development processes and account management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen interest in learning about market trends and sales strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
