**Part-Time Job Posting**

Bridgeway Support Services, a division of Bridgeway Family Homes, is seeking highly skilled Child and Youth Workers to support families, children and youth who are experiencing a range of social, emotional, behavioural, and academic challenges through a goal-focused service. You will be part of a team and your role will be providing services in the client’s home and in the community.

We are looking for individuals to provide services between 15 - 25 hours per week with a typical part-time schedule that includes providing services during the week for day time hours and evening between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm and some weekend sessions. As previously stated, this is a part-time role and schedules are based on our client’s needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of goal-focused activities.
- Implementation of programs.
- Behaviour Management.
- Case notes as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Child and Youth Work or related Social Service Diploma or Degree.
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Organizational, Administrative and Report-Writing Skills.
- Knowledge of FASD, ODD, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders and other diagnosis are beneficial.

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Record Check.
- Driver’s Abstract, ‘G’ Class Driver’s License and Insured Vehicle.
- Computer.
