**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist veterinarians and technicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of animals.
- Preparing and handling animals prior to surgery with the help of the Veterinarian or Veterinary Technician
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including sterilizing instruments and cleaning examination rooms.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals in our care, reporting any concerns to the veterinary staff.
- Provide clients with information regarding pet care, veterinary diets, and follow-up appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Ensuring all surgical equipments is wrapped and monitoring equipment for necessary maintenances required

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
