Magest Building Systems is hiring We are currently seeking an _IT Specialist_ for our structural steel wall panel and truss assembly plant. Magest is locally owned and operated with strong ties to Stratford and surrounding communities. We are gearing up to grow the business and we want you to be part of that growth and success

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
- Assist with the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades and new implementations
- Optimizing existing servers and be able to perform server surveillance, monitoring and maintenance
- Providing first and second-level technical support and acting as the primary IT presence in our Stratford office
- Help configure, analyze, and resolve network and server alerts
- In this role, you will support our employees, assist in the management of the network, and support office resources
- Maintenance and support of the IT hardware infrastructure
- Setup and Maintain aspects of the ERP software
- Understand all aspects of day to day operations
- Implement and develop new processes to expand the use of the ERP software
- Collaborate regularly with co workers on improvement areas

**What you’ll need**:

- You have a college diploma in computer science, Information Technology or in a related field or equivalent experience
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience providing IT technical support
- You have 2-3 years of Meraki experience
- You have 2-3 years of ERP experience
- You have a high-level of proficiency with Windows 10
- You have an in-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and basic network systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and bring projects from initiation to completion.
- Recognized ability to deliver high-quality technical support with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in developing coding and automation skills, particularly in Meraki, is a plus;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
