**Job Summary**:
The Delivery Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards meet or exceed expectations. This role involves coordinating teams, resources, and stakeholders to optimize project flow and ensure successful project handoffs, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management & Delivery**
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of telecommunications construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to streamline project activities and mitigate potential delays or conflicts.
- Monitor project milestones and budgets, adjusting resources or timelines as necessary to stay on track.

**Stakeholder Coordination & Communication**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and permitting agencies, to ensure seamless project progression.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status, including progress tracking and financial updates.

**Team Leadership & Resource Management**
- Lead a team of project coordinators, site supervisors, and field crews, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and accountability.
- Allocate resources across multiple projects, ensuring that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.
- Mentor and develop team members, offering guidance on technical, safety, and project management practices.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to all company, client, and regulatory standards, including safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project plans and safety protocols.
- Implement corrective actions promptly in response to identified risks or quality issues.

**Risk Management & Problem Solving**
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
- Resolve project challenges swiftly to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Proactively address issues related to permits, right-of-way access, or utility coordination to prevent project interruptions.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles within the telecommunications construction industry.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications are an asset.

**Technical Skills**
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and construction methods.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Familiarity with telecommunications regulatory requirements and safety standards.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisive, informed decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and adherence to timelines.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
