Their passion for food and cooking is infectious and they have a desire to serve the best every time. They show initiative, team work, walk with a "snap in their step" and with a sense of mission. Cleanliness is maintained throughout service and they gladly honor guest special requests. **Are you looking to gain experience and cultivate your culinary expertise?** **The Routine** - Perform delegated tasks from Sous Chef, Chef and/or General Manager - Continuously grow and cultivate culinary creativity - Maintain a prep lit of station duties and follow the FIFO method - Thrives in the chaos of the restaurant - Empowered to always choose quality and to cook with the best ingredients - Share an absolute dedicate to deliver the very best - Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required **Qualifications**: - Actively seek a more efficient way of doing things - Contribute to the creative process and O&B evolution - Work collaboratively with a team, recognizing we are stronger together - Challenge yourself with new goals - Seasoned cook - Impeccable attention to detail and ability to quickly think on your feet - You are excited about emerging food trends Additional Information **What's in it for you?** - Flexible Schedule (Casual, Part Time & Full Time positions available) - Staff meal provided for every shift - Competitive wages - Gratuity sharing - A comprehensive group benefits program after 3 months - Training and development opportunities - Staff dining discount up to 4 at our restaurants
