Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Consultant, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

**What You Will Do**:

- Guide customers in their décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
- Provide a warm greeting to every customer
- Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty
- Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

**What you Bring**:

- At least 2 years of sales experience
- A passion for interior décor and merchandising
- Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
- Flexible schedule to work a minimum of 3 days (12-20 hours) per week - including at least 1 weekend and 1 weekday daytime shift
- The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
