- Job Duties**Job Duties**- 1. Support faculty in their efforts to embed global citizenship and equity, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, decolonial, intercultural and inclusively designed curriculum and pedagogy to enhance student learning specific to their programs of study.
2. Work closely with instructors to develop and implement sustainable internationalization initiatives that align with the institution’s strategic goals.
3. Support faculty in integrating global perspectives into curriculum design, teaching methods, and assessment, through delivery of training sessions, facilitated engagement, and individual consultation.
4. Support faculty in creating inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments.
5. Collaborate with other departments to organize international guest lectures, workshops, and cultural events.
6. Stay informed about trends and developments in global education and share relevant information with faculty.
7. Mentor and guide faculty members in creating internationalized course materials and assessments.
- 8.Participate in cross-disciplinary committees related to global engagement and internationalization.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**
- Master’s degree in Global and International Education, International Studies, Intercultural Education, International Educational Development (or a related discipline) or Master’s degree in progress (must be completed within one year of hiring).
- Two years of relevant practical experience in teaching, evaluation, and curriculum development at a post-secondary institution, employing and modeling active learning techniques in teaching and learning.
- Experience in the use and integration of technology and technology-enabled learning in curriculum and instruction.
- Demonstrated understanding and analysis of issues related to global citizenship, equity, inclusion, power and privilege and ability to work with marginalized communities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to take initiative without specific direction and complete tasks by removing barriers and locating necessary resources.
- Demonstrates Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
