**Position Overview**: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused **Part-Time Sales Associate** to join our team in a Men's & Women's clothing and footwear focused position. Shifts will be 7-8 hours on Monday's and Saturday's with the possibility of additional hours through the week.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the outdoors and is eager to provide exceptional service to our customers while sharing their knowledge of outdoor gear and apparel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering expert advice on outdoor gear and apparel.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest outdoor products, brands, and trends.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized, maintaining a welcoming and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Assist in processing sales transactions and handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Support inventory management, restocking products, and setting up displays.
- Help with seasonal changes in product lines, including winter sports equipment, camping gear, and footwear.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for the outdoors and outdoor activities.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week
