Join our team as a Minivan or Cargo Van owner operator for last-mile delivery in Ottawa, ON

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Warehouse in Ottawa, ON
- **Vehicle Requirements**: Own a Cargo van or Minivan (no cars, pickups, or SUVs). Ideal options include Sprinter, Transit, Promaster, or Caravan.
- **Licensing**: Valid Ontario Class G driver's license. (G2 license also accepted).

**Work Schedule**:

- **Start Time**: 10 AM
- **Hours**: 7-9 hour shifts, available every day for part-time and full-time positions.
- **Daily Stops**: 80-100 stops with typical earnings of $250-$350 per day; during peak months (Nov-Jan), earnings can exceed $450.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely deliver packages to designated locations within the assigned area.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Safety vest (Class 2) and hard-toed shoes/boots (mandatory at the warehouse).
- Winter/all-weather tires (we will verify).
- Ability to enter and exit your van multiple times daily.
- Smartphone with a data plan.
- Clean driver abstract (no DUIs/DWIs or suspensions in the last five years).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Excellent English communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of courier experience in Ottawa, ON
- Customer service background.
- Strong time management skills and a can-do attitude.
