**Job Summary**
- Demolition work, removing drywall, flooring, debris, waste
- Cleaning/janitorial services
- Content manipulation
- Mould remediation and other hazardous projects
- All other duties as assigned.
- All other duties and responsibilities to get the job done

Often the job sites will be dirty, possibly hot or cold, wet and sometimes unsanitary.

**Responsibilities**
Implement restoration procedures, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, cleaning, and disinfection, depending on the nature of the damage.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of the restoration process, including before-during-and-after photos, equipment usage, and materials used.

Effectively communicate with clients, collaborate with team members and other professionals, such as contractors and inspectors, to ensure a coordinated and efficient restoration effort.

ON-Call: Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls, often on short notice, to assess and address the immediate impact of disasters such as floods, fires, storms, or other emergencies. Safely navigate and assess potentially hazardous situations, prioritizing tasks based on the severity of the damage.

**Skills**:

- Experience in cleaning and restoration procedures
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for demolition tasks
- Attention to detail
- Physical fitness and ability to work a full day in various types of environments
- Customer service skills and professionalism

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
