**Primary Function**: Responsible for leading staff towards the shared goal of providing a top quality gaming experience for each and every bingo patron.
**Supervision**:Works under direct supervision of the facility manager.
**Job Summary**: Manage bingo sessions and facility in a professional manner that is representative of Delta Bingo & Gaming customer-service oriented image. Responsible for ensuring bingo sessions are run in compliance with legislation governing the on-going operation of a bingo hall. Work cooperatively with and maintain a positive partnership with the OLG. Effectively managing bingo sessions and facility to ensure a quality gaming experience is available.
**Responsibilities include and are not limited to**:
- Work co-operatively with co-workers and charity members.
- Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license.
- Work cooperatively with OLG providing information in a timely professional manner.
- Call in equipment failures and follow up with bingo support line staff.
- Oversee the entire gaming centre operation; including equipment, parking lot, facility cleanliness, customer service, and staff.
- Ensure staff is present, accounted for, and motivated to complete their shift.
- Praise and/or discipline staff when appropriate; participate in performance management.
- Verify financial reports after each bingo session.
- Balance cash, prepare deposits, and manage department floats.
- Oversee and coordinate monthly inventory for BOT.
- Prepare reports and input financial data to be used by various stakeholders.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and executing promotional events.
- Complete a variety of office related tasks, including photocopying, managing inventory, etc.
- Lead by example.
- Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding bingo programs, Red 7, promotions, and any other product or service offered at Delta Bingo & Gaming.
- Immediately see to potential safety hazards.
- Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the facility manager.
- Comply with the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.
- Behave in a professional manner (e.g. Refrain from the use of foul language).
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts.
- Demonstrate teamwork attitude through such things as willingness to cover shifts.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Smart Serve (preferred)
