**Mission**:
Acting on behalf of the applicable Engineer(s) of Record, the Field Review Monitor (FRM) is responsible for visiting the construction site where the professional work product occurs. The FRM will document observations, interpretations, and advice and communicate them to the Technical Management Team, Construction Management Team, and Engineer of Record as necessary. The FRM will be present when the most critical components of the work are visible and available to be observed.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, an associate’s degree in a technical discipline or construction-related field.
- Professional registration with APEGA or ability to register from another jurisdiction.
- 5+ years of related experience on field projects related to structures such as bridges, elevated guideways, concrete, large public buildings and public safety.
- Knowledge of public works contracts, and previous experience with P3 projects is required.
