An Inside Sales Representative with marketing responsibilities identifies potential customers through lead generation, communicates with them remotely to understand needs, and sells products or services to close deals. This role also involves assisting with marketing campaigns, and managing customer relationships through CRM systems.
Wage is negotiable based upon experience. This position is salary plus commission.
**Key responsibilities**
- **Sales and lead management**:
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and budget.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations remotely.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain and update customer information in the company's CRM system.
- **Marketing support**:
- Assist in creating and executing personal marketing plans to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies.
- Identify and research potential clients using various online and offline channels.
- **Customer relationship management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
