**Food Preparation & Cooking**: Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes according to restaurant standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- **Station Management**: Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all ingredients are prepared and available.
- **Team Coordination**: Supervise and train junior chefs and commis, providing guidance on food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor portion sizes, food presentation, and freshness of ingredients to maintain high culinary standards.
- **Inventory & Ordering**: Assist in stock control, order ingredients as needed, and minimize waste through efficient ingredient usage.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety guidelines (HACCP).
- **Menu Development**: Collaborate with the Head Chef on new dishes, specials, and menu improvements.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
