CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED “_Professional Property Management since 1979_” Sanderson Management Inc. is looking for a full time highly motivated, self-starting Property Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals servng residential and commercial units in the Greater Hamilton area. We expect you to be able to perform all of the duties of a condominium property manager including:

- Developing effective professional and courteous relationships with owners, tenants, Boards and service contractors;
- Preparing Board meeting packages, attending Board meetings;
- Preparing and reviewing annual budgets;
- Performing regular site inspections ;
- Following up on accounts receivables;
- Managing property maintenance and service contracts;
- Reviewing and paying all legitimate invoices;
- Ensuring compliance with all Federal Provincial and Municipal legislation.

We require:

- A minimum, of 1-2 years of professional, practical experience in Condominium Property Manager;
- A valid RCM or proof of working towards a CMRAO General Licence certification
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and project planning skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills -verbal and written
- A valid driver’s license; own vehicle
- A flexible schedule including working evenings and weekends as required.
