Come share your passion with us **The role we are offering you**: Reporting to the Manager of Data and Business Performance, you will support the team in its overall high-tech transformation by implementing key milestones and performance indicators to ensure the productivity of the Global Technology, Products and Digital Strategy organization. Are you ready to: - Join a team that contributes to the value of data and recognizes it as a valuable asset that plays an important role in the organization's business strategy. - Analyze and cleanse a large volume of data to ensure the quality of the data that will be at the heart of business decisions. - Develop dashboards and performance reports measuring the business performance and productivity of the organization. - Provide and present key information and strategic recommendations to a business audience, using data visualization and analysis, statistical and/or analytical methods. - Conduct benchmarking to provide key information on CAE's positioning relative to key high technology players. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Business Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field). - 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis and/or Business Analytics. - 4+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and Power BI in designing dashboards and performance reports. - Experience with data extraction processes (ETL), star schemes and relational databases. - Strong ability to summarize and popularize information in a clear and concise manner to a business audience, using storytelling to make the data speak in its business context. - Analytical skills developed with strong business acumen and high attention to detail. - Team player and ability to work collaboratively with different teams and internal business partners. - High level of autonomy, organization, and the ability to take action on ideas or opportunities before being asked to do so. - Positive attitude towards accepting additional challenges and an ability to work under pressure. - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. **CAE offers**: At CAE, our employees are at the heart of everything we do.
