**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills in sales and customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with customers and vendors.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with strong clerical abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.93-$21.41 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
