**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Answering and making phone calls to customers and vendors
- Greet customers at the front counter to take their orders or process payment
- Printing and production work (sending jobs to print, cutting, mounting, folding, perforating, packaging, etc)
- Invoicing jobs and maintaining accurate records for each docket
- Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
- Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current

**What Skills Are Needed**:

- 2+ years experience of graphic design work
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities to help meet customer challenges
- Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
- Time management and multitasking skills to transition among client accounts easily

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
