The **_Chief Financial Officer (CFO) _**plays a key role on the Executive Team, providing strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the financial sustainability of Communitas. Responsible for the overall financial operations, the CFO drives efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals, while overseeing the implementation of effective financial systems and leveraging technology for process improvements.

**Here's what we need from you**:

- Master’s Degree (Business Admin, Finance, etc.) and/or CPA designation
- 5+ years in senior financial management
- Alignment with Communitas’ values and support model for people with disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
- Non-profit sector experience and social services experience are assets
- Flexibility for evening/weekend work as needed
