**Job Overview**
Small concrete demo and excavation contractor looking for skilled labourer. Preference given to those with formwork, finishing and/or heavy equipment experience. Willing to train but must have prior commercial construction experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks according to project specifications.
- Assist in the installation of rebar and other reinforcement materials.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for various tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Engage in masonry work and caulking as needed for construction projects.
- Participate in renovation projects, ensuring high-quality results.
- Conduct heavy lifting and moving of materials as part of daily duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working at heights certification
- WHMIS certification
- reliable vehicle

- Proven experience in construction with a focus on concrete work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with rebar installation, carpentry, masonry, and flooring installation techniques.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
