**What you will be doing?**
**Showroom Sales Support**
- Be a Threadcount Showroom Ambassador by supporting the inside and outside Sales Team with the aim of growing Sales In Canada.
- Support up to 3 Assigned Sales Representatives with sales related support associated with business opportunities
- Actively Participate in key projects to assist your assigned sales reps with delivering an exceptional client experience and in identifying and developing creative business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team with exceeding monthly, quarterly sales goals
- Product Placement of Fabric Libraries Coordination with Senior Sales Team
- Presentation Set-up and Coordination for sales team in showroom or on the road
- Following up with clients and growing organic relationships
- Management of Showroom visits using Schedulista with New and Existing Clients for Sales team
- Daily Answering phone calls for clients needs and directing them accordingly
- Maintaining and Refreshing Showroom, updating merchandising, kitchen and bathroom tidy, water plants. Making our showroom stay beautiful and inspirational for our client visits.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Memo room in supporting product launches, product placements.
- Managing restock of supplies for kitchen, bathroom, coffee station, client snack and drinks
- Responsible for opening and closing protocol
- Creating amazing team environment in showroom
- Sales and Sales support will be an estimated 70% of the job focus, and Marketing and social media will be an estimated 30%.
**Social Media and Marketing Support**:
- Bring the behind the scenes aspect of Threadcount forward, let people see what we are doing using videos, stories, photography and content.
- We believe in authentic organic growth
- Continuously come up with creative ways to grow our relationships and new business through interesting, fun, high vibe content and campaigns.
- Come up with new fresh ideas weekly
- You will participate and assist in execution on creative marketing initiatives
- Use Marketing tools for to generate sales
**You Are**
- Interior design passion and expression in the esthetic
- Savvy with social media channels and can help us gain brand recognition, not afraid to video behind the scenes moments daily. Have personality and understand how to capture an audience.
- Must possess high standards and have a self-driven hustle to go above and beyond in all aspects of the job
- Ability to maintain a consistently positive, optimistic, and upbeat attitude
- Team player with open mind and solid work ethic
- Proficient with a variety of types of technology Including, CRM and Excel.

The showroom requires an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and lovable staff that can be a center for trade visits. For the most part, customers come to address a vision they have in their mind. How that is addressed is key. The showroom hopes to create an environment, which can serve as a home base for larger projects that will require team talent and effort.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Interior Design: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
